Abstract:
The thesis deals with the extraordinary figure of American literature - Hunter S. Thompson. His very own and individualistic attitude towards life and the modern world, are thoroughly examined. Throughout the work, the emphasis is placed on the writer's critique of American society and the American dream. This thesis also deals with the style of journalism that Hunter S. Práce se zabývá mimořádnou postavou americké literatury - spisovatelem Hunter S. Thompsonem. Zkoumán je jeho svérázný postoj k životu a k soudobému žurnalismu. Po celou práci je kladen důraz na spisovatelovu kritiku americké společnosti a amerického snu. Práce se zabývá stylem žurnalismu, který Hunter S. Thompson vynalezl, tzn.
