The interpretation of the novel The Master and Margarita in the czech literary context

Abstract:

Má práce se zaměřuje na interpretace románu Michaila Bulgakova Mistr a Markétka v českém literárním kontextu. Mapuje různorodé přístupy k tomuto románu a snaží se postihnout jejich osobitý přínos. Současně se pokouší zasadit celý román do kulturního kontextu, zmapovat souvislosti a postihnout jeho kontinuitu s dalšími tvůrci. Všímá si rovněž i shodných rysů v rámci jednotlivých interpretací. Zároveň se pokouší o osobitý autorský přínos k tématu.

Abstract:

My bachelor's work is aimed at interpretations of the novel The Master and Margarita written by Michail Bulgakov in the Czech literary context. This work is about different ways of explanation and it is an attempt to describe their unique meaning. The work endeavours after the novel to the cultural context and clears up contects. Some parts deal with continuity between the writer and the other artists. At the same time it ilustrates identical items in every interpretation. The bachelor's work wants to give a personal view of its author too.
