Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat konflikt mezinárodní spravedlnosti v čele s mezinárodním trestním soudem s institutem imunity hlavy státu chránící svého nositele před stíháním. Zásadní otázkou, kterou se bude práce zabývat, je rozsah aplikace imunit vrcholných představitelů států, zvláště pak těch obviněných ze zločinů podle MP. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the conflict of international justice embodied by International criminal court with the head of state immunity, that protects its bearer from criminal prosecution for international crimes.
