Předkládaná práce se věnuje institutu trestního příkazu, jehož smyslem je odlehčit trestní justici. Tento institut byl znám již zákonu č. 119/1873 ř. z., řád soudu trestního, přičemž tato práce obsahuje podrobný popis jeho následného historického vývoje až do jeho současné podoby. This thesis deals with the institute of the penal order, the purpose of which is to relieve criminal justice. This institute was already known to Act No. 119/1873 Coll., The Code of Criminal Court. This thesis includes a detailed description of its subsequent historical development up to its current form.
