Předmětem mé diplomové práce je problematika zaměstnávání žen matek vracejících se do zaměstnání a na trh práce po mateřské nebo rodičovské dovolené. I přes skutečnost, že zákoník práce garantuje rovnoprávnou pozici těchto žen na trhu práce, můžeme se setkávat s jejich diskriminací právě z důvodů mateřství a rodičovství. The subject of my thesis is the issue of employment of women mothers returning from maternity or parental leave. Despite the fact that the Labour Code guarantees the equal position of these women in the labor market, we can meet with their discrimination specifically because of motherhood and parenting.
