Práce se zabývá identifikací orientovaných vztahů v síti humánních fenotypů na základě administrativních dat. Tato data v sobě obsahují velké množství informací o pacientech a jejich onemocněních a navíc jsou dostupná z dlouhodobého časového hlediska. The thesis deals with identification of oriented relationships in the phenotypic disease network based on patient administrative data. These data contain a wealth of information about patients and their diseases. In addition, these data are available in the long time perspective.
