Abstract:

Finanční deriváty a jejich použití v praxi Tato diplomová práce se zabývá finančními deriváty a jejich použití v praxi. V první kapitole je popsána historie derivátových trhů, kde jsou vyjmenovány jak důležité milníky vývoje derivátů, tak jsou zde i popsány jednotlivé deriváty. Motivy obchodování s deriváty jsou ústředním tématem druhé kapitoly. Stěžejní kapitolou je kapitola číslo tři, kde je provedena analýza obchodů s opcemi a i certifikáty a navazuje na ní čtvrtá kapitola, která rozebírá problematiku účtování a danění derivátů. Tato práce vrcholí v páté kapitole, kde je provedena praktická aplikace tří nejrozšířenějších opčních strategií sloužící při spekulaci na finančních trzích.

Abstract:

This Thesis is focus on financial derivatives and their use in practise. In first chapter is the description of history of derivatives markets, where is named the most important steps in derivatives development and also is there the description of each derivative. The main theme of second chapter is the motivation for trading derivatives. The key chapter is chapter number three, where is performed the analysis of options and certificates trading and is followed by fourth chapter, which is focused settlements and taxation of derivatives. This thesis reaches a peak in fifth chapter, where is performed an application three most used strategies for speculation on financial markets.
