Abstract:
Amfifilní peptidy jsou schopné se samovolně uspořádávat do různých struktur v závislosti na svých vlastnostech. Některé takto uspořádané struktury mohou být pro různé organismy nebezpečné, jiné zase naopak nutné pro přežití. Studium vlastností a chování takových struktur je tedy velice důležité a může být využito pro ovlivňování jejich tvorby v buňce, či k vytváření umělých biomateriálů. V této práci …more

Amphiphilic peptides are capable to perform self-assembly into large variety of structures. These structures depends on characteristics of these peptides. Some of these structures can be dangerous for some organisms, but they can be also vital for cells.
