Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá korekcí vadného držení těla u dětí mladšího školního věku prostřednictvím cvičení Animal Flow. Cílem je systematicky zmapovat program Animal Flow, vybrat vhodné cviky aplikovatelné na děti mladšího školního věku a upravený program realizovat s vybranou skupinou dětí. Teoretická část práce popisuje a stručně charakterizuje mladší školní věk, rozvoj pohybových schopností a dovedností, zásady správného držení těla, a to včetně objasnění konceptu Animal Flow, jeho historie a možností aplikace v kontextu korekce vadného držení těla. V praktické části práce jsou následně popsány vhodné cviky Animal Flow spolu s fotodokumentací a příklady vytvořených tréninkových sestav. Na závěr práce je provedeno srovnání držení těla vybraného probanda před a po aplikaci cvičení Animal Flow.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the correction of faulty posture in children of younger school age through Animal Flow exercises. The aim is to systematically map the Animal Flow programme, select suitable exercises applicable to younger school-age children and implement the modified programme with a selected group of children. The theoretical part of the thesis describes and briefly characterizes the younger school age, the development of motor abilities and skills, the principles of correct posture, including an explanation of the Animal Flow concept, its history and the possibility of its application in the correction of faulty posture. In the practical part of the thesis, suitable Animal Flow exercises are described together with photo documentation and examples of the created exercise sets. The thesis concludes with a comparison of the posture of the selected proband before and after the application of Animal Flow exercises. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
