Diplomová práce si klade za cíl srovnat fungování dvou pražských komerčních muzikálových divadel, konkrétně jsem zvolila Divadlo Hybernia a Hudební divadlo Karlín. Budu se zabývat fungováním Hudebního divadla Karlín především od roku 2003, aby následné srovnání bylo vyvážené. Výjimkou je jen bohatá historie HdK, kterou je nutné zmínit. Diploma thesis aims to compare functioning of two Prague commercial musical theater, specifically I chose Hybernia Theatre and Musical Theater Karlín. Given the rich history of Music Theater Karlín I will deal with way it works only since 2003, order to be able comparison.
