Diplomová práce se zabývá změnami způsobů zajišťování ochranné funkce státu v průběhu staletí. Teoretická část popisuje podstatu a příčiny vzniku ochranné funkce státu a specifikuje možnosti způsobů zajišťování ochranné funkce na hlavních analytických rovinách do úrovně státu. The master's thesis deals with changes in the ways of ensuring the protective function of the state over the centuries. The theoretical part describes the nature and causes of the protective function of the state and specifies the possibilities of ways to ensure the protective function at the main analytical levels to the level of the state.
