Patient with unstable angina pectoris

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá problematikou, která je zaměřená na potřeby pacienta s nestabilní anginou pectoris. Cílem této práce bylo specifikovat potřeby pacienta s nestabilní angínou pectoris. Specifikovat oblasti jednotlivých potřeb pacienta během léčby a zjistit, ve kterých oblastech potřeb došlo k nejvýraznějším změnám. Teoretická část popisuje ischemickou chorobu srdeční samotnou, etiologií, klinické příznaky, diagnostiku a možnosti léčby. Praktická část zachycuje oblasti jednotlivých potřeb pacienta podle Marjory Gordonové. Kazuistika byla tvořena nestrukturovaným rozhovorem. Využití metody kazuistiky umožňuje studii pacientových potřeb a jejich změn v průběhu nemoci. Šetřením bylo zjištěno, že ke změnám došlo v oblasti tělesných potřeb, psychickém vnímání, emočním prožívání nemoci a v oblasti výživy a hydratace. Největším problémem pro pacientku bude zanechání kouření a proto byla edukována o nevhodnosti a škodlivosti kouření. Nezastupitelnou roli měla rodina, která pomohla pacientce v nemoci.

Abstract:

This theses deals with the issue of the needs of a patient who has unstable angina pectoris. The aim of this study was to specify the needs of the patient wits unstabl angina pectoris. Further on to specify the areas of individual needs of the patient during her treatment and to determine the areas of individual needs where most noticeable changes occured. The theoretical part describes the coronary heart disease alone, etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosisand treatment options. The practical part detects the individual needs of the patient according to Marjory Gordon. The case report was created by an unstructured interview. The use of a case study method enables the study of the patient?s needs and changes in the course of the disease. The research revealed that changes occurred in the areas of physical needs, mental perception, emotional experience of the illness, nutrition and hydration, the biggestissue for the patient was to stop smoking and therefore she was informed aboud the inapproprirteness and harmfulness of smoking. An irreplaceable role played the patient?s family who helped the patient to fight the disease.
