Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vysvětlením základních mechanismů Benfordova zákona a ověření jeho platnosti v praxi. Cílem je na základě dosud uveřejněných poznatků v podobě vědeckých prací v prvé řadě shrnout určité základní terminologie a postupy, kterých pracuje tento zákon, popsat jeho původ, pokusit se jej přiblížit logické definici a popsat metody jeho užití v situacích z reálného života. Abstract:
The object of this work is to explain basic Benoford´s law mechanism and verifing this law in practical use. The aim is firstly to collect information about this law, describe it´s historical origin, terminology, proves from logic and procedures to use it on real-life data sets. Secondary, it will be shown it´s use on example of selected data set.
