Tato bakalářská práce je věnována vývoji metody pro detekci a stanovení nanočástic pomocí spektrometrie laserem buzeného plazmatu LIBS. Práce se zabývá vývojem vhodného postupu dávkování stříbrných a zlatých nanočástic na chromatografický papír a polystyrenovou destičku, optimalizací detekce těchto částic metodou LIBS a zabývá se postupy pro vyhodnocování dat a porovnání výsledků nanočástic stříbrných …more

This bachelor´s work is devoted to a development of the method for the detection and determination of the nanoparticles using laser - induced breakdown spectroscopy LIBS.
