Tato diplomová práce má za cil ověřit účinnost implementace metody SMED integrované s jinými nástroje lean managementu ve společnosti potravinářského průmyslu. Abstract:
This diploma thesis aims to verify the effectiveness of the implementation of the SMED method integrated with other process improvement application tools in the food industry. This thesis is conducted using the DMAIC method and uses lean manufacturing tools and techniques such as SIPOC, Spaghetti diagram, flow chart, Ishikawa diagram, waste analysis, control plan and A3 report.
