Tématem bakalářské práce jsou vnitřní organizační normy a individuální řídící akty podniku. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní rozdělení vnitřních organizačních norem a vysvětlení jejich jednotlivých druhů. The topic of this thesis is internal organizing standarts and individual managing act of the company. The theoretic part of the thesis is aimed for basic partition of internal organizing standarts, and explanation of their individual types.
