Abstract:

Bakalářská práce prezentuje způsob výpočtu produkce emisních látek z dopravy metodou modelu, především metodou vhodnou pro orientační určení hodnot. V práci je určen postup tvorby daného modelu a jeho aplikace. Příkladem dané aplikace je určení zóny s větší produkcí emisních látek z dopravy a porozumění příčiny zvýšené produkce. V první částí práce je vymezen teoretický základ pro nabytí základních znalostí o externalitách a jejich řešení. Druhá část se věnuje samotné aplikaci, kde je metoda modelu využita k určení zóny s vyšší produkcí emisních látek, konkrétně mezi zónami centra města a průmyslové oblasti. Dále se aplikační část zaměřuje na vymezení jiných důležitých negativních externalit způsobených dopravou ve městě a jejich vnímání obyvateli města.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis introduces a way of calculating traffic emissions production using a modelling method which is especially well suited for the determination of approximate values. In this thesis, the process of creating the model and its application is determined. An example of the application is determination of a zone with higher production of emissions from transportation and understanding the cause of increased production. The first part defines the theoretical basis for acquiring basic knowledge of externalities and their solutions. The second part is focused on the application itself, where the method of the model is used to determine the zone with higher production of emissions, namely between the zones of the city centre and the industrial area. Furthermore, the application part focuses on defining other important negative externalities caused by traffic in the city and their perception by the citizens.
