Abstract:

Anotace Absolventská práce je zaměřena na léčbu dětí, kterým byla diagnostikována porucha citové vazby. Teoretická část práce popisuje pojem citová vazba, a jak se tato vazba vyvíjí u dítěte. Druhá kapitola je o poruchách citové vazby. Je zde uvedeno, jaké jsou druhy poruch, jak mohou vzniknout a jaké mají tyto poruchy projevy. Další kapitola je poslední kapitolou v teoretické části. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedeny možnosti léčby dětí, které trpí poruchou citové vazby. Nejprve jsou uvedeny zásady pro práci s dětmi, poté metody, které pomáhají s prací zaměřenou na děti. Dále v této kapitole najdeme různé psychoterapie a nakonec organizace a různé nadace, které se zajímají o poruchu citové vazby dítěte. Organizace mohou informovat, poradit nebo pomoct rodinám, ve kterých žije dítě s poruchou citové vazby. Praktická část mé absolventské práce je postavena na kazuistikách, které obsahují informace ze spisové dokumentace z OSPOD na území hlavního města Praha.

Abstract:

Summary My graduate´s work is focused on the therapy of the children with diagnosis malfunction of emotional bond. In theory, there is described a concept of emotional bond and its progress with a child. The second chapter characterizes malfunctions of emotional bond. This part of my work describes the types of malfunction, the reasons of their creation and their manifestations. Next chapter, the last theoretical, is about the possibilities of therapy of the chidren with this diagnosis. At the first, there are mentioned the rules of the work with children. Then, there are described some methodes that are helpful to work with these children. At the last, there are offered different types of psychotherapy and some chosen foundations whose are interested in malfunction of emotional bond. They can be helpful because of information, a piece of advice etc. particularly in families with a child with malfunction of emotional bond. The practical part of my work is based on case interpretations which include information included in the files of OSPOD in the area of the capital city – Prague.
