Interpreter in the Criminal Proceedings
Abstract:
Předložená práce se zabývá problematikou tlumočení v trestním řízení, přičemž se věnuje základním pojmům, jako je tlumočení a překlad, právní úpravě postavení a činnosti tlumočníka z hlediska Evropské unie a České republiky. V práci je popsáno, jak důležitou roli má tlumočník v trestním řízení, jaké má postavení, práva a povinnosti. Práce obsahuje rozhovor se soudním tlumočníkem.
Abstract:
The presented work deals with interpretation in criminal proceedings and deals with basic concepts such as interpretation and translation, regulation and activity status of the interpreter in terms of the European Union and the Czech Republic.
