Acquiring, selection and adaption of employees

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou získávání, výběrem a následnou adaptací zaměstnanců v organizacích. První úsek teoretické části pojednává o problematice řízení lidských zdrojů. Následná část se zaměřuje na přiblížení metod a postupů, využívaných k získávání kandidátů a jejich následného výběru do role zaměstnanců. Poslední kapitola je pak věnována adaptaci zaměstnanců po přijetí do zaměstnání.Praktická část se věnuje průzkumnému šetření v určité firmě pomocí dotazníku. Následně jsou popsány nedostatky, které byly zjištěny a návrh jejich řešení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is about the problematics of acquiring, selection and subsequent adaption of employees in the organizations. The theoretical's first part is addressing the problematics of management of the human resources. Second part is focusing on approximation of the methods and procedures that are being used in acquiring of qualifiers and their selection. The last chapter is dedicated to the adaptation of employees after the admission to employment. The practical part is dedicated to research in a certain company by survey. The found shortcomings are then analyzed and solutions to them are proposed.
