Lead management system in the company and its impact on economic indicators

Abstract:

Lead management systém efektivně propojuje jednotlivé komunikační kanály a jednotlivé firemní oddělení a zároveň klade důraz na kvalitu předávaných obchodních příležitostí. Avšak implementace lead management systému do společnosti je velmi radikální krok, který obnáší spoustu změn v podniku. Tato práce popisuje základní principy a procesy lead management, které umožní efektivní implementaci systému. Zároveň jsou v práci popsány principy, které jsou využívány existujícími firmami v automobilovém průmyslu. Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit vliv na ekonomické ukazatele podniku, který vznikl zavedením lead management systému do podniku. Dále přidanou hodnotou by mělo být zjištění, zda na základě implementace lead management systému se zlepšil zákaznický servis a rovněž jestli toto zlepšení vedlo ke zvýšení prodejů.

Abstract:

Lead management system effectively interconnects individual communication channels and individual corporate departments and at the same time puts emphasis on the quality of transferred business opportunities. However, implementing a lead management system into a company is a very radical step that involves a lot of change in company. This thesis describes the basic principles and processes of lead management, which will enable effective implementation of the system. At the same time, the thesis describes the principles that are used by existing companies in the automotive industry. The aim of this work is to evaluate the impact on the economic indicators of the company, which was created by introducing a lead management system into the company. Furthermore, the added value should be to find out whether the customer management implementation has been improved by the lead management system and whether this improvement has led to increased sales.
