Abstract:
Právní úprava ochrany spotřebitele v českém právu je vnímána jako ochrana slabšího. Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou právní úpravy spotřebitelských smluv a závazků z nich plynoucích. Zaměřuje se na prostředky účinné obrany spotřebitelů a jejich možnosti při uzavření nevýhodné smlouvy. Legal regulation of consumer protection in the Czech law is perceived as a protection of a weaker party. This bachelor thesis analyses the regulation of consumer contracts and from them resulting obligations. It focuses on the means of effective defence of consumers and their options at the conclusion of onerous contract.
