Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá operativním řízením silniční nákladní dopravy ve společnosti KALA TRANS, s. r. o. Analyzuje stávající operativní řízení a činnosti s ním související. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou navrženy změny vedoucí ke zlepšení stávajícího operativního řízení.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the operational management of road freight transport in KALA TRANS, s. r. o. It analyses the existing operational management and the activities connected with it. Based on the found out facts, the alternations are proposed to improve the existing operational management.
