Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá saunováním dětí předškolního věku v mateřské škole. V teoretické části je stručně shrnut vývoj dětí v tomto období, dále jsou definovány klíčové pojmy celé práce. Podstatnou součástí teorie je kapitola popisující přínos saunování pro zdraví. Druhá polovina teoretické části pojednává o specifikách saunování dětí v mateřských školách a uvádí jeho správný postup. The bachelor thesis deals with the sauna of preschool children in kindergarten. The theoretical part briefly summarizes the development of children in this period of age, further defines the key concepts of the whole work.
