Abstract:

Záměrem bakalářské práce je projekt přestavby stávajícího vesnického stavení a změny jeho účelu užívání. Cílem je vytvořit pro tento záměr patřičnou projektovou dokumentaci v rozsahu pro stavební povolení. Teoretickou částí jsou popisy jednotlivých klíčových slov, jejich vysvětlení a je zde popsán současný stav dané problematiky. V aplikační části je popsáno jak bylo při práci postupováno, jsou zde přiblížené širší vztahy stavby a vlastní lokalita řešené stavby. Stavba se nachází v malebné vesničce Dolní Slověnice v Jihočeském Kraji. Projektová dokumentace byla zpracována v souladu s vyhláškou 499/2006 Sb., o dokumentaci staveb. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je kompletní projektová dokumentace stavebních úprav stavení se změnou jeho užívání na úrovni dokumentace pro vydání stavebního povolení.

Abstract:

The intention of the bachelor's thesis is a project of reconstruction of the existing village building and change of its purpose of use. The aim is to create appropriate project documentation for this purpose in the scope for the building permit. The theoretical part is the description of individual keywords, their explanation and describes the current state of the issue. The application part describes how the work was carried out, there are closer broader relationships of the building and the actual location of the solved building. The building is located in the picturesque village of Dolní Slověnice in the South Bohemian Region. The project documentation was prepared in accordance with decree 499/2006 Co., On construction documentation. The result of the bachelor's thesis is a complete project documentation of building alterations to the building with a change in its use at the level of documentation for the issuance of a building permit.
