Práce popisuje působnost zákona č. 412/2005 Sb., o ochraně utajovaných informací a o bezpečnostní způsobilosti. Je doplněná přehledem navazujících normativních aktů. This work describes force of the Act No. 412/2005 Coll., on protection of classified information and on security competence. It is supplemented with summary of connected regulatory acts.
