The assessment of pupils in profesional training

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření inovativního nástroje hodnocení žáků v odborném výcviku. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je tento koncept hodnocení předložit učitelům odborného výcviku učebních oborů: kuchař, číšník, cukrář k posouzení a také ověřit v praxi na vybraném vzorku žáků, kteří studují učební obor kuchař. První kapitola obsahuje teoretickou část, ta je věnována didaktické diagnostice, hodnocení, cíli a smyslu hodnocení, funkci hodnocení, druhům hodnocení, nástrojům hodnocení. V závěru této kapitoly jsou zmíněny kurikulární dokumenty a školní vzdělávací plán. Praktická část je věnována analýze polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učiteli odborného výcviku a žáky, kteří působí na vybrané střední škole. V této části práce je popsána metodologie průzkumného šetření, metody průzkumu a také výsledky. Závěrečná část se zabývá výsledky rozhovorů, jejichž analýza a interpretace slouží k naplnění cíle diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The submitted thesis is focused on the creation of an innovative tool for evaluating students in vocational training. The main goal of the thesis is to present this evaluation concept to teachers of professional training in the apprenticeship areas of chef, waiter, confectioner for assessment and also to verify it in practice on a selected model group of students in chef apprenticeship. The first chapter contains a theoretical part devoted to didactic diagnostics, evaluation, goals, and meaning of evaluation, evaluation function, evaluation types, evaluation tools. At the end of this chapter, curricular documents and the school curriculum are presented. The practical part is devoted to analysing semi-structured interviews with teachers of vocational training and students who work at the selected high school. This part of the thesis describes the research methodology, research methods and also the outcomes. The final part deals with the interviews outcomes, the analysis and interpretation of which serves to achieve the goal of the thesis.
