Description Our final thesis on the Transfer of apartment ownership is aimed at analyzing the transfer of apartment ownership. In this work we want to define and characterize the very basic concepts, types and modes of transmission and the successive steps needed to gain ownership of dwelling. Anotácia Naša záverečná bakalárska práca na tému Prevod vlastníctva bytu je zameraná na analyzovanie prevodu vlastníctva bytu. V tejto práci chceme priblížiť charakteristiku samotných základných pojmov, druhov a spôsobov prevodu a postupných krokov potrebných k získaniu vlastníctva bytu.
