Possibilities of presentation of the Czech culture abroad through non-profit project Myself My World

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá představením reálného, neziskového, vzdělávacího projektu organizovaného studentskou organizací AIESEC, jako možnosti prezentace české kultury v zahraničí. V teoretické části se zaměřím na popis organizace AIESEC, jeho organizační strukturu a hodnoty; v této části se také zabývám teorií projektového řízení. V části praktické se zaměřím na projekt Myself My World, jeho koncept, cíle a vize. Dále je popsán proces realizace projektu, jeho průběh a závěrečné vyhodnocení. V závěru jsou shrnuty možnosti zlepšení a směřování projektu do dalších let.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the introduction of the real, non-profit, educational project organized by the student organization AIESEC, as the possibility to present Czech culture abroad. The theoretical part will focus on the description of the AIESEC organization, its organizational structure and values; in this section, I will also describe the theory of project management. The practical part is focused on project Myself My World itself, its concept, goals and vision. It also describes the implementation process of the project, its progress and the final evaluation. The conclusion summarizes the improvement and direction of the project in future years.
