Social worker of a facility for children requiring immediate assistance

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuální problematikou zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc. Jedná se o práci teoreticko-aplikační. Aplikační část mé bakalářské práce tvoří případové kazuistiky. Celý text je členěn do tří kapitol. První dvě kapitoly jsou věnovány části teoretické, třetí kapitola je věnována aplikační části. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaké jsou činnosti sociálních pracovníků v procesu umístění dítěte do zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc od jeho přijetí po ukončení pobytu v zařízení. V rámci teoretické části se budu nejprve věnovat rodině, která hraje v životě dítěte významnou roli. Součástí první kapitoly také bude problematika týraného, zneužívaného a zanedbávaného dítěte. Stěžejní kapitolou teoretické části je však kapitola druhá, ve které se budu zabývat zařízením pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc, dále jen ZDVOP. V této kapitole rovněž zmiňuji legislativní vymezení zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc v systému sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, provoz zařízení, děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc neboli ohrožené děti, přijímání dětí do zařízení a důvody jejich přijetí, ukončení péče o dítě v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc. Následně popíši samotné zařízení Náruč v Ostravě. Na teoretickou část navazuje část aplikační část, která bude zaměřena na kazuistiky, zachycující konkrétní proces sociálního pracovníka s klientem v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc Náruč

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the current issue of facilities for children requiring immediate assistance. It is a theoretical-application work. The application part of my bachelor thesis consists of case reports. The whole text is divided into three chapters. The first two chapters are devoted to the theoretical part, the third chapter is devoted to the application part. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the activities of social workers in the process of placing a child in a facility for children requiring immediate assistance from his admission to the end of his stay in the facility. As part of the theoretical part I will first focus on the family, which play important role in the child's life. The first chapter will also deal with the issue of abused, abused and neglected children. However, the main chapter of the theoretical part is the second chapter, in which I will deal with facilities for children requiring immediate assistance, here in after referred to as the ZDVOP. In this chapter, I also mention the legislative definition of facilities for children requiring immediate assistance in the system of social and legal protection of children, the operation of the facility, children requiring immediate assistance or children at risk, the admission of children to the facility and the reasons for their admission, termination of child care in a facility for children requiring immediate assistance. Then I will describe the Náruč facility itself in Ostrava. The theoretical part is followed by the application part, which will focus on case reports, capturing the specific process of a social worker with a client in a facility for children requiring immediate assistance Náruč.
