Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo stanovení vitaminů skupiny B v cereáliích pomocí chromatografické metody HPLC. Teoretická část práce se zabývá vlastnostmi vybraných vitaminů skupiny B, dále se zabývá popisem cereálií a metodou HPLC s UV detekcí. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to determine the B group vitamins in cereals by HPLC chroma-tographic methods. The theoretical part deals with the properties of selected group B vitamins, also deals with the description of cereal and the HPLC method using UV detection.
