Monitoring the effectiveness of quality management in the company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem řízení kvality ve vybraném podniku. V první části této práce jsou vysvětleny teoretická východiska související s problematikou kvality a systému řízení kvality. Ve druhé části diplomové práce je provedena analýza systému řízení kvality ve vybraném podniku. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení.

This master thesis deals with quality management system in selected company. All theoretical basis which is related to quality and quality management systems are explained in the firts part of this thesis. The analysis of effectiveness of quality management system, in selected company, is done in the second part of the thesis.
