Abstract:
Cílem této práce je analyzování korupční rizik v procesu zadávání veřejných zakázek. V první části práce jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy a v druhé jsou popsána korupční rizika v jednotlivých fázích veřejné zakázky.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze corrupt risks in the public procurement process. The first part of the thesis explains the basic concepts and the second describes corrupt risks in the individual phases of the public procurement.
