Tato bakalářská se zabývá analýzou distribučního procesu společnosti The LEGO Group. Cílem je vyhodnotit proces, odhalit případná úzká místa a navrhnout opatření vedoucí k jejich eliminaci. K tomu je práce rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které mají pomoci se lépe zorientovat v části praktické. This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the distribution process in The LEGO Group. It is aimed at evaluating the process, detecting potential bottlenecks and suggesting actions, which lead to their elimination. For this the thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part.
