Abstract:
Bakalářská práce obsahuje popis měření na 3D souřadnicovém stroji, kontrolu lakované vrstvy, hodnocení svarových bodů a matic, analýzu měření síly područky a úhlu natočení, dále popis pracovních postupů či volbu nástrojů řízení jakosti. Cílem práce je popsat metrologické postupy a úkoly pro výrobu nové součásti pro automobilový průmysl do sériové výroby.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis contains a description of the 3D coordinate measuring machine, check the painted layer, assessment of weld points and nuts , analyzing the force measurement armrests and swivel, a description of operating procedures or choice of tools of quality control.
