Rigorózní práce se zabývá syntézou potenciálních inhibitorů histondeacetyláz, které ve své struktuře obsahují volnou thiolovou skupinu. Teoretická část je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První popisuje histondeacetylázy, základní rozdělení jejich inhibitorů a blíže je popsán jeden ze zástupců – romidepsin. This thesis deals with synthesizing potential histone deacetylase inhibitors, which contain a free thiol group in their structure. The theoretical part is divided into two chapters. The first describes histone deacetylases, the fundamental division of their inhibitors, and one of the representatives – romidepsin – describes it in more detail.
