Obligation - investment instrument of financial market

Abstract:

Dluhový trh je rozhodující a soucasne nejstarší cástí financního trhu. Vzhledem k tomu, že je velmi obsáhlý, zvolila jsem pouze pro svoji práci cást dluhového trhu a zamerila se na dluhopisy, které jsou pro mnoho investoru atraktivní, a to predevším pro své pomerne nízké riziko z investování. Tato bakalárská práce je zamerena na priblížení pojmudluhopisu jako predmetu investování, a to prostrednictvím charakteristiky a clenení druhu dluhopisu. První cást práce zahrnuje obecnou charakteristiku dluhového trhu a vzniku dluhových vztahu, vývoji dluhopisového trhu v Ceské republice a postavení dluhopisu v Ceské republice z pohledu legislativního. V druhé cást je zamerena na charakteristiku dluhopisu a klasifikaci dluhopisu podle specifických vlastností ve vztahu k financnímu trhu, a základní relevantní matematické relaci (výpocet reálné hodnoty dluhopisu a jeho výnosnosti). V poslední cásti je popsán procesem vydání emise dluhopisu, tj. jeho rozboru a uvedení dluhopisu na trh, a obchodování s dluhopisy na trhu primárním a sekundárním. V záveru literární rešerše je práce zamerena na rizika plynoucí z investice do dluhopisu, jejich rozdelení a objasnení, a srovnání výnosnosti do splatnosti dluhopisu podnikového (ZONER SOF.10,00/14) a státní dluhopis (ST. DLUHOPIS 2,75/14).

Abstract:

The debt market is decisive and the oldest part of the finance market at the same time. Regarding to the fact that the debt market is very extensive, I have focused on the obligations as a part of the debt market which are attractive for many investors mainly because of the low risk of the decision making. The Bachelor thesis is focused on an approach to the conception of the term obligation as a subject of an investment through the characteristics and structuring of the types of obligations. The first part covers a general characteristic of the debt market and an origin of debt relationships, the evolution of the 5 obligation market in the Czech Republic and the position of the obligations in the CzechRepublic from the legislative point of view. The second part focuses on the characteristics of obligations and its classification according to the specific attributes in relation to the financial market, and the simple mathematical relationship (computation of a real value of the obligations and its yields). The last part describes the procedure of the issue theemission of the obligations, i.e. its analysis and launching the obligations on the market and obligation on the primary and secondary market. At the end of the literary research the thesis is focused on the risks derived from the obligation investment, its classification and clarification, and comparison of the yield to the maturity of the corporate obligation(ZONER SOF.10,00/14) and obligations (ST. DLUHOPIS 2,75/14).
