Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nalezení rozhodujících příčin fluktuace zaměstnanců ve společnosti Partners Finacial Services, a.s. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat důvody, které vedly bývalé zaměstnance ze společnosti a zjistit potenciální důvody pro flukutaci mezi současnými. This bachelor thesis is focused on discovering crucial causes of employee turnover in Partners Financial Services, plc. The main aim is to identify reasons that have lead former employees to leave the organization and discover potential causes of turnover among current employees.
