Hlavním cílem této práce je hodnocení plnění rozpočtu města Vlašimi, a to v rozmezí let 2009 - 2011. První část obsahuje základní informace o historii, vzniku, struktuře, činnostech samostatných samosprávných celků. Dále specifikuje obecní rozpočet, jeho strukturu a schvalování. The main aim of this thesis is filling evaluation of the budget of Vlašim city within the fiscal periods 2009 -- 2011. The first part gives basic information about history, formation, structure and activities of public administration unit. There is also information about public budget structure and approval process.
