Státní inspekce: postavení, organizace (na příkladu vybrané inspekce)

Abstract:
Cílem této absolventské práce je seznámení se s inspekcemi všeobecně a zaměření se na Českou inspekci životního prostředí, její organizaci, působnost a s tím související právní předpisy. Dále se v práci zaměřím na Integrovanou prevenci a omezování znečištění, ekologickou újmu, geneticky modifikované organismy a CITES, které pod činnost ČIŽP také spadají.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is familiarization with inspections in general with focus on the Czech Environmental Inspectorate (CEI), its organisation and the scope of authority in relation to legislation. Further is this work aimed at the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control, the environmental damage, the genetically modified organisms and CITES, which are also included in activities of CEI.
