Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sledování skutečného příjmu ovoce a zeleniny v mateřské škole. V teoretické části se věnuji výživě malých dětí, norem stravování a vlivům, které působí na rodiče, pedagogy a kuchařky při volbě jídelníčků dětí. V praktické části je sledováno pomocí záznamových archů, jak děti přijímají veškeré ovocné a zeleninové složky každého podaného jídla dětem. Práce předpokládá …more
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis aims on pursueing a real income of fruit and vegetable in nursery school. In the theoretical part I´m attending to the small children nourishment, dietary norms and influences on parents, teachers and cooks by the choice of the childern menu. In practical part is trough record archs observed the acceptation of the fruit and vegetable section of each meal served to the children. …more
