Providing and Refunding of Health Care from Public Health Insurance
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá poskytováním a úhradou zdravotní péče z veřejného zdravotního pojištění. Za tímto účelem zkoumá rozsah péče hrazené ze zdravotního pojištění na základě současné právní úpravy a zamýšlí se nad možnými změnami v rámci probíhající reformy zdravotnictví.
Abstract:
The paper deals with providing and refunding health care from public health insurance. In terms of this goal the paper describes extent of the health care provided from public health insurance defined by law and also intends possibilities of reforming the system of health care.
