Tato práce se zabývá účetnictvím územních samosprávných celků počínaje rokem 2010, tedy po spuštění účetní reformy veřejných financí. V práci je charakterizován neziskový sektor a postavení územních samospráv v něm. Samostatná kapitola se věnuje účetní reformě, na které je účetnictví obcí a krajů právě od roku 2010 postaveno. This bachelor thesis deals with accounting of self-governing territorial units from 2010 onwards, after the start of the accounting reform of public finances. There is characterized non-profit sector in the work and the role of self-governing territorial units in it.
