Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá daňou z nehnuteľností. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na históriu dane, druhá kapitola rozoberá daň z nehnuteľností v zmysle platnej legislatívy a tretia kapitola prináša VZN obce a príklady.
