Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je prověřit úroveň vybraných turistických informačních center v Pardubicích, v Chrudimi a Slatiňanech, a to především s ohledem na kvalitu a množství poskytovaných informací z pohledu jejich potencionálních zákazníků.
