Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá nadanými žáky a jejich vzděláváním, a to konkrétně se zaměřením na vzdělávání inkluzivní. Téma práce je z mého pohledu aktuální, především z toho důvodu, že se vzdělávání nadaných žáků neustále vyvíjí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. První kapitola se věnuje inkluzi a inkluzivnímu vzdělávání v obecné rovině. V rámci této kapitoly čtenáře seznamuji také s historickým vývojem inkluzivního vzdělávání a nechybí ani opora v legislativních dokumentech. Ve druhé kapitole se zaměřuji na nadané žáky. Věnuji pozornost některým definicím, popisuji nadaného žáka, jeho vlastnosti, za podstatnou část této kapitoly považuji také proces identifikace nadání. Ve třetí kapitole se již plně zabývám možnostmi vzdělávání nadaných žáků. Popisuji výhody a nevýhody těchto možností, seznamuji s metodami a zásadami práce při vzdělávání nadaných žáků a objasňuji důležitost role pedagoga. V praktické části popisuji průběh výzkumného šetření, které je zaměřeno na vzdělávání nadaných žáků v běžné základní škole, a seznamuji s jeho výsledky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with gifted students and their education, specifically with a focus on inclusive education. The topic of the work is relevant from my point of view, mainly due to the fact that the education of gifted students is constantly evolving. The diploma consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The first chapter deals with inclusion and inclusive education in general. In this chapter, I also acquaint the reader with the historical development of inclusive education and there is also support in legislative documents. In the second chapter I focus on gifted students. I focus on some definitions, I describe a gifted student, his characteristics, I also consider the process of identifying giftedness to be an essential part of this chapter. In the third chapter, I fully deal with the possibilities of education strategies of gifted students. I describe the advantages and disadvantages of these possibilities, I present the methods and principles of work in the education of gifted students and I explain the importance of the teacher´s role. In the practical part, I describe the course of a research survey, which is focused on the education of gifted students in a regular elementary school, and I acquaint with its results.
