Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na význam ošetřovatelského procesu, jeho fáze a hlavně na nádorové onemocnění děložního čípku.. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem všeobecně a jeho fázemi. Hlavní část teoretické části je věnována samotnému nádorovému onemocnění děložního čípku. Objevuje se zde základní anatomie dělohy, popis samotného onemocnění, příčiny, příznaky, diagnostika, léčba a také možnosti prevence karcinomu děložního čípku. Empirická část se zabývá zjištěním, do jaké míry jsou pacientky informovány o předoperační a pooperační péči v Masarykově nemocnici v Ústí nad Labem na oddělení Gynekologie 1. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je poskytnout dostatek informací o tomto onemocnění a po zjištění informovanosti žen o předoperační a pooperační péči, výsledek vyhodnotit a případně navrhnout řešení, které by informovanost žen zlepšilo.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the importance of the treatment process, its phases and mainly on the cervix cancer. The theoretical part deals with the treatment process generally and its phases. The main part of the theoretical part looks closely into the cervix cancer diagnosis. There is the basic anatomy of a womb, description of the disease, causes, symptoms, diagnostics, treatment and also its prevention possibilities. The empirical part deals with research into the amount of information women get at the Masarykova nemocnice in Ústí nad Labem at the gynecological department. The aim of my thesis is to get sufficient amount of information about this illness, and after finding out about how much women are informed, to analyze the research and suggest a solution to improve the awareness.
