Proceedings on misdemeanors at first instance

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na přestupkové řízení v prvním stupni. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy a procesy, které je nutné znát pro výkon tohoto zaměstnání. Zároveň je práce zaměřená na názory a rozpory některých odborníků, stejně tak na vlastní názory autorky. Praktická část práce pak pojednává o znalostech základních pojmů ze strany respondentů, kteří se v tomto zaměstnání pohybují s délkou praxe 1 rok až 10 a více let, na využití zvláštních druhů řízení o přestupku v praxi a také názory samotných respondentů na témata, které jsou předmětem jednání mnoha těchto zaměstnanců v průběhu let.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on misdemeanor proceedings in the first instance. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and processes that are necessary to know for the performance of this job. At the same time, the work focuses on the opinions and contradictions of some experts, as well as on the author's own opinions. The practical part of the work then discusses the knowledge of basic concepts on the part of respondents who move in this job with a length of practice of 1 to 10 years or more, the use of special types of misdemeanor proceedings again on their part and the views of respondents on topics that are subject to many of these employees over the years.
