Práce se věnuje myšlence založení společnosti, která se bude zabývat regulací spotřeby energie budov a podobné problematice. V teoretické části je zpracována metodika vypracování studie proveditelnosti a jednotlivé body studie. V praktické části je vypracována samotná studie.
