Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Učitelská profese jako zrcadlo společenských změn se zabývá pohledem do velmi specifického školního prostředí, a to nejen na základě teoretických předpokladů, hlavně však očima pedagogů s dlouholetou praxí. Práce se skládá z teoretické části, která se zabývá důležitými aspekty výchovně vzdělávacího procesu a ukazuje na hlavní změny v této oblasti v různých společenských obdobích. Věnuje se několika důležitým rovinám. Jedna z nich je vývoj osobnosti učitele, jenž je v historickém kontextu vnímán jako nositel vzdělanosti a kulturního rozvoje ve společnosti. Velkou proměnou však prochází i samotný objekt výchovně vzdělávacího procesu – žák. Vlivem společenského dění, hlavně porevolučního, dochází k posunu vnímání také u rodičovské veřejnosti, která tvoří nedílnou součást tohoto mnohostranného procesu. Její vliv je v poslední době velmi znatelný. Výzkumná část analyzuje výpovědi pedagogů, kteří se pomocí předložených výzkumných otázek snažili zmapovat svoji pedagogickou dráhu. Chtěli se alespoň touto cestou podělit o cenné zkušenosti a podali autentický pohled na tuto profesi i na pozadí svých zajímavých osobních příběhů. Pokusili se zrekapitulovat dlouholetou pedagogickou dráhu a sami pojmenovali svoje úspěchy i neúspěchy v náročné práci s mladou generací. Vnesli mimo jiné i zajímavý úhel pohledu na některé diskutované problémy dnešního školství.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis titled The teaching profession as a mirror of social changes deals with an outlook on a very specific school environment, not only based on theoretical assumptions but mainly on the views of experienced educators. This thesis consists of two parts – a theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part deals with the important principles that enhance the educational value for the future of our entire society. It indicates the direction in which the teacher should not forget that it improves his work and teaches the child to live a quality life in their community. It reflects on the personality of the teacher who is competent to manage the demands of the new era. It provides insight into teaching as a multifaceted process that is affected by many different factors. It offers insight into current pupil. It maps one of the factors that adversely affect our schools and this is a large share of female teachers in primary schools. It offers possible explanations for why this is so. It compares the role of social education and education, points out the same tasks of social educator and teacher. The theoretical part is followed by the research part, the main objective of which is to explore life views, desires, attitudes and experiences of those surveyed teachers with extensive experience. Through the interviews and the analysis of their research reveals the strategies used by teachers surveyed on their way to success. It is also trying to map out important social interaction accompanying their professional and personal lives.
